1. Terms of Use Agreement
The following terms of use
agreement sets out your rights and obligations as a OmniSol user ("User")
in respect of your use of OmniSol website and certain access-controlled
portions of the website, the "clients-only area". By using our
website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with
these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must
not use this website.
2. Acceptance
It is important that you read all the following
terms and conditions carefully. By accessing and using the Portal, you are
indicating your acceptance to be bound by the terms and conditions.
3. Disclaimer of warranties
The Portal and the Content are provided “AS IS”
and “AS AVAILABLE. “While the Owner endeavours to provide information that is
correct, accurate, current, and timely.
4. Limitation of liability
The provider is in no event liable for damages
resulting from the use of the service. We will not be liable to you in respect
of any loss or corruption of any data, database, or software.
5. Use of the Web Portal
The Owner authorizes you to access and use the
Portal for your use in accordance with the terms and conditions of this
Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that the Portal, and its contents, are
intended only for clients of OmniSol.
- You
will not use the Content and/or the Audio Content in any way that is not
permitted by this Agreement.
- Your
use of the Content and/or the Audio Content will not violate any
applicable law or regulation of any country, state, or other applicable entity.
- Information
that You provided to OmniSol is accurate and true, including, without
limitation, all identity and contact information.
- Except
as otherwise stated in this Agreement, any account(s) opened or maintained
by You on the Site will only be accessed and used by You for the purposes
and on terms stipulated in this Agreement.
- You
may not attempt to reverse-engineer the software.
- You
may not attempt to clone the software.
- You
may not attempt to hack into the software.
- You
may not attempt to access the data by any means beyond passing through the
password security challenge and utililizing the
controls as per the user manual provided by OmniSol.
6. Copyright
The Content is protected by copyright law and is
owned by the Owner and its licensors, or the party accredited as the provider
of the Content.
7. Updating our Terms
We work constantly to improve our services and develop new features to make our Products better for you and our community. As a result, we may need to update these Terms from time to time to accurately reflect our services and practices. Once any updated Terms are in effect, you will be bound by them if you continue to use our Products.
8. Termination
OmniSol may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend
your right to use the Website. In the event of such termination, you will no longer be authorized to access, view, or use the
Website.
